Bichectomy / Cheek surgery

The Bichat fat bags are a well-defined anatomical structure of the face that has great importance in the contour of the cheeks and therefore in the middle and lower region of the face. In patients with oval or round faces, the surgical removal of these fat pockets, known as Bichectomy, produces surprising changes in facial harmony, reducing the volume of the cheeks and highlighting the chin and the malar eminences.
